Architectural Control Improvement Request

This form should be submitted if you intend to do any outside changes to your property. The following always need ACC approval: Repainting, new landscaping, new walls or fences, minor remodeling, additions. The approved colors for re-painting are at our Association office. However, you may include a sample of the color you want, and we will match it with our approved list of colors and let you know. The ACC committee meets regularly to consider requests.     I (We) agree that we must receive approval of the Architectural Control Committee in order to proceed. We understand that it is the homeowner's responsibility to obtain necessary local building permits. Homeowners should also require contractors to supply liability insurance and workmans compensation insurance for the job. Homeowners agree to abide by the approved drainage plan for your site, when constructing on your site.
